if it seems like ive just been messing about all these years and not going to work, theres been alot more to it than that . i have had so many therapists , most of whom have been quite insane themselves taking me round and round the garden path . Ive been to cults and healers all of which helped on my journey . As well as various support groups and specialised phonelines for different types of abuse and loss . but its taken years for anything to really make sense

Since being hospitalised in 2013 and finding the right medication and the right therapist ive become alot more useful and been able to share some of my experiences with others , do voluntary work and take on some really difficult people that nobody else will take on
