rude food : red pesto

you put all that in the blender 

and the fragrance and aroma ... 

red peppers, sundried tomatoes , rapeseed oil, 
fresh basil, goes in the blender, with maybe a little water if needed. 
and then stir in ground almonds and grated parmesan 

great with wholegrain spaghetti
and then you get the extra vitamins with that. ..
