Anna is being abused by an online lifestyle guru called Dr Martin . She is nice to animals but abuses vulerable adults, the disabled , mentally ill etc  

Anna is not vegan and Martin has taken it upon herself to stalk Anna and sexually abuse her for this reason , to teach her a lesson 

 

apparently the cure for being sexually abused is to soldier on and abuse other women 

Martin stalks and spies on Anna in her recovery groups , not so she can recover but just in order to abuse . Hope nobody recognises her

And what happens to the hormones of child free women when they hit the change ? Some become hyper sexual , as the body struggles to obtain a last ditch baby
