other reasons for food waste ... 


- refining the grains ... 

we take all the goodness 

out of our rice and wheat 

this leads to food waste

because you then want bigger helpings 

as refined grains are less satisfying ... 


- one portion fits all ! 

in restaurants there is only a childs portion 

and an adults portion, if that ... 

there should be at least 3 portion sizes to choose from ... 

the nursing home ... / hospital camp

i just want to die, 

this home is costing alot of money 

that i want to leave to my younger relatives ... 

Im just a nuisance to everybody ... 

sooner this is all over the better ... 


hang on if there is all this surveillance 

they can tell when you get out of bed ...

I think that you may have given me your cold.  I've heard of computer viruses being passed on to other computers but this may be the first time that a human virus gets passed on through computer contact. :-)
