rude food , frozen meals

one thing i would like to see on labels

is the date when the food was frozen

you know like if you freeze your own cooking

and then defrost it in say the next fortnight

it tastes alot more lively

than it does after 6 months

although maybe its ok to eat for up to 12 months

the taste and texture deteriorates as though it is full of ice crystals

it would be good to give people that choice of knowing when it was frozen
