I went to speak to the homeless bird today
to find out more about the raven
she was standing in the rain
talking on her phone
and did not seem to have time for me .
She was talking about karmic retribution

i spoke to her again today
i wanted to know what happened to the bird
after the 5 hours under the umbrella.
She said that she took him to a place under a bridge
where she knew there to be a nest
and put him in there to rest
She thinks he is a rook
When she looked the next day he was gone
feeling better she hoped
there was no sign that he had died.
