 so what is zerzetzung ? Well in Lizas case putting actors in her way to deliver subliminals . When she tries to confide this in people they tell her shes paranoid . Shes been medicated for it 

but some of those flash mobs were for real . why ? because she is a promising intelligence agent and people feel the need to steer her 

another way is to attack her self care . People are shocked when she talks about it . As though she is some sort of pampered aristocrat who spends all her time at health spas . Actually she is far from girlie , she uses a sea salt shower gel for her skin , exercises and occasionally massages her face . With great results apparently 

she deserves it after taking on some of the most impossible people in the country . Those who have been abandoned by the services , who nobody wants to talk to . Because of her awakening. The awakening was like a flash of lightning , a veil lifting to reveal another world . Where of course nobody is excluded 

she gives herself oestrogen from plant sources. Oestrogen is like being on drugs ! you can have too much of it making you too docile and pliant
