 shes thrown herself down the stairs and injured her knee , after a dystopian welfare interview where you have to touch your toes and take a pen out of your pocket 

they made her feel so worthless she'd not even be missed . The loss of dignity something she now understands 

in 2014 she researched online how to do away with yourself and saw a post about using bleach and ammonia . She bought those two things along with some vodka . And managed to phone the crisis team before using them 

she readmits herself to hospital 

theres nobody there for her . Shes all alone with these threatening phone calls and emails
