n todays doc pudding contains spiced fish 

red pepper , superfood green mix with watercress n stuff from Tesco 

seaweed ( nori ) onion n ready brek 

my latest craze 

n probably you could make a doc pudding 

out of any stir fry n with differen oats 

the original done is dock leaves for a  hangover 

fried with oats 

the other thing about a doc pudding it will 

make you poo alot 

n then you'll know you've had 

plenty to eat ...
